There is a new process in reactivating account. please follow the steps below
STEP 1: Type this or click on this link. http://portal.uoeld.ac.ke For best performance use a computer, if you are using a mobile phone please download Google chrome or Firefox. Enter your admission number and password, then click on log in.
STEP 2: If it is your first time logging in, You will see a message saying that an email has been sent to your email address with a confirmation link
STEP 3: Login to your email address, check your inbox folder, if you don’t see the email please check on the spam folder for an email from UNIVERSITY OF ELDORET. Open the email, click on the link
STEP 4: After clicking on the link you will de redirected to change your password. Enter your email, password and repeat password
STEP 5: After clicking on reset you will be asked to log in with your new credentials
If You have forgotten the email you used during registration or if you cant access you previous email, fill in the form below requesting your email address to be changed with your current email.
About unit registration if you cant see your courses, please go to your HOD and asked to be placed in the right specialization.
STEP 6: If you dont see the email completely, this problem can be caused if the email address you have is not the same with what we have in our records. Please email us (ictsupport@uoeld.ac.ke) with your admission number and the new email address for us to update your record,or fill the form below requesting for email change. After receiving a response form us you can repeat the process from step 1-5
